Job Description:
The Head Chef is responsible for all restaurant food production.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee all food production
•    Managing, training and scheduling all kitchen staff
•    Responsible for budget and kitchen cost control
•    Maintain proper level food inventory
•    Hygiene, staff and premise
•    Maintain proper kitchen headcount
Job Specification:
•    Prior management and/or assistant management western kitchen experience is a must
•    Ability to work independently
•    Responsible, reliable and good organization skills
•    Passion, positive and self-motivated
•    Strong business acumen
•    Spoken and/or some written English        
•    Early availability is a plus
